Installation

Professional installation is recommended for all Pharmate customers.  System installation includes mounting system under pharmacy sink, connecting drain lines, running tubing to wall-mounted dispensers, initial sanitization, and diagnostic/leak tests.

Preventative Maintenance

System performance depends on regular maintenance and sanitization procedures to ensure a consistent supply of high purity water.  Most customers prefer to make this the responsibility of Fresh Water Systems

Troubleshooting

As with any intricate system, issues can arise.  Our in-house troubleshooting hotline is the fastest and most efficient way to receive no cost troubleshooting assistance (reserved for FWS customers), or report trouble related to your RO system.

 

Repair

We treat our customer’s money as if it were our own.  The modular design of our systems allows us to resolve most problems by replacing one or more components, not the entire unit.
